Life's my Dream

By Siddharth Shorot

I am old folk song that no one sings I feel angry because I know I lost few things I am tired of losing But not tired enough to try I am a poet without name. With Hopes burning bright like latent Those who think I lost sight of what’s wrong & what’s right There are fools who can’t see what a visionaries’ sees They say wise men think a like Someday someone will care They will find in me what you didn’t care to see

Maybe I get lucky
I might fall in love again She will call me sweet potato or probably dear She will love me way I am

I know i will get love and care When I will grow old she will love me the same She will love me for 50 hairs on my headAnd for every shade of my grey hair

If you think, I am having a vivid dream
Then close your eyes and live your too Think of paradise and live it through If you don’t believe me try this yourselfLife is beautiful for those who are brave. And remember cowards die thousands times their actual death Life is beautiful live like a king Don’t let others spoil your dream.
